Refund and Return Policy

At Ohmstronics Lighting Solutions, we take pride in the quality and precision of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
The product is in its original packaging.
The product is unused, undamaged, and contains all original components (mounting hardware, manuals, cables).
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-engineered or bespoke lighting solutions tailored to specific project dimensions.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Products that have been installed, wired, or modified.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email
returns@ohmstronics.comwith your order number and reason for return.RMA Number: If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping: Pack the item securely and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to large-scale industrial orders or items returned without original internal padding/protection.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide digital photos of the damage and the packaging.
Ohmstronics will provide a pre-paid shipping label for defective items and send a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
