Thank you for choosing Ohmstronics Lighting Solutions. We are committed to delivering our high-performance lighting systems to you in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.


1. Processing and Lead Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Custom Orders: For bespoke or project-specific lighting configurations, lead times may vary between 2–4 weeks. You will be provided with an estimated production timeline at the time of purchase.

  • Peak Periods: During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of service:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard ground shipping on domestic orders over $500, excluding heavy-duty industrial fixtures that require specialized freight handling.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

Ohmstronics currently ships to select international locations.

  • Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ohmstronics Lighting Solutions is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Due to the size and sensitive electronic nature of our products, we generally cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical address to ensure secure delivery and signature verification where necessary.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Ohmstronics is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once they leave our facility. However, we insure all high-value shipments.

  • Reporting Damage: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Assistance: Contact our support team at shipping@ohmstronics.com, and we will assist you in the claims process.

7. Incorrect Addresses and Refused Shipments

  • Address Errors: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs.

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused at the time of delivery, the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
